Tubular Ceramic Fine Bubble Diffuser is capable of delivering up to 4
CFM. Different porosity ceramic tubes are available to meet the needs
of a variety of applications. The FBT Series Diffuser is comprises of
four simple components---a 3/4” NPT threaded 304 or 316 series stainless
steel inlet, the ceramic diffuser tube, an end cap and a tie rod assembly.

The gas is introduced to the diffuser through a fitting connected to the header assembly and slightly pressurized the chamber within the ceramic tube. The gas permeates through the ceramic diffuser body with the fine bubbles being formed by the porous structure of the material and the surface tension of the liquid on the surface tension of the liquid on the exterior of the ceramic tube. The constant flow of fine bubbles then rise from the diffusers to the surface in a constant stream. |
